Tenderloin of Beef
The most tender cut of beef (USDA Prime), the flavor and juiciness will leave your guests asking to take leftovers home! Typical size of a whole tenderloin is 7-8 LBS gross weight. Trimmed and tied, net weight will average 4.5-6 LBS. Sold by the whole, half or steak. Steaks will weigh 1/2 LB each.
