Building on the tradition of Wagshal’s Delicatessen, Wagshal’s Market was opened in 1995 just a few doors down in the Spring Valley Shopping Center. Bill Fuchs, co-owner of Wagshal’s, wanted to expand on the old-world atmosphere of the delicatessen by opening a full-service market. Since we’ve opened our doors, our goal has been to provide our customers with the finest meats, seafood, produce and flowers. Wagshal’s Market is family run and owned. We strive to give our customer the best product and service around.
